My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water. However, the design of the room felt off with a strange layout. The service was excellent, especially considering the busy Thunder over Louisville crowds, but the lack of key features like dry cleaning was a drawback. The location was superb, close to major attractions and easy to access. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, although the website's claims fell short. Overall, the hotel offered some positives alongside noticeable negatives.

Despite the dirty bathroom and cleanliness issues not typical for a Hampton, I appreciated the provided snacks and water, as well as the unexpected shaving foam. The room layout, especially the chair placement in front of an empty cubby space, felt poorly conceived.
